Hello,

Hopefully you can help me.  I need to reset the memory on my intoximeter, or maybe delete it so that I can use it.  Would you please tell me how to do it.

We do have instructions for dumping and erasing test records on our website at this link: http://www.intox.com/techsupport/erasedata.asp

There are two important items to note. If you have any obligation to download or store test records, please call us for assistance. Also, you posted your question under the ASIV XL POA forum. If you do actually have an ASIV XL, or a POA system with an ASIV XL, instructions will be different from those listed.  Please clarify which instrument you have so that we can better assist you.
